Global Toolbar

I would like to have the ability to modify the Global Toolbar. Specifically to allow the use of smaller icons (with or without text) and reduce the vertical size of the tool bar.

This would make it easier to create a more even look to the View Pages and be more consistent with the general capabilities to customise views and toolbars

I would add a Kudo to JPenney's comment, however I have'nt been able to ascertain how to do so.

That said, I also would make the General Toolbar flexible enough so that it can be moved to whatever position works best for the user. At this point, though, priority 1 is to substantially reduce the size of this screen pig.
