
Could we have a Days Open field for activities which shows (a) the number of days since the activity was originally created and (b) after clearing the activity, the number of dats between creation and closure.
Many quality systems require that organisations record how long it takes to deal with enquiries or complaints and this would provide that information.

What if the "Days open" started counting from a "Start Date"?
We might set up an activity for someone else, for example, with a set start date, and only start counting from there.
Great idea. This would allow me to track how long it takes to close deals.
