Choice of HTML should be in the "DETAILS"

I think it would be nice if we could choose an HTML format for the Details Tab in the Activities. Saving an email should be in the format chosen in Outlook.

Good request Pat. When you say choose an HTML format, I am assuming you mean the dialog should automatically format to the original format of the content you are pasting in details.

One of the issues with HTML content is that it can get pretty bloated from storage perspective. Currently it is formatted as RTF which is a much lighter way of copying and saving content within an activity. An alternative is to attach the original email to the activity which can be opened in Outlook at any point.
