
Having been in sales for over 40 years, I can count the number of times I have spoken directly with a "Prospect" let a lone a client. Why is the default, "Call Completed" when the 80/20 rule dare I say 95/5% rule should take effect. Instead of the default being "Call Completed change it to "Left Message". This would save a hundred mouse clicks a day. By the way, it's easy to change this hard coded program dialogue box. Should take abouut 5 minutes.

How about we CHOOSE our default in preferences???!! Radical I know.
While we are at it, a couple more options for clearing meetings would be great:
Meeting not attended.
Meeting Postponed/Rescheduled. (I know I can just reschedule the meeting, but sometimes a meeting needs an audit trail for how many times it's been put off.)
Better yet, make it editable like Id/Status or Division.
Sometimes circumstances change and I decide that I no longer need to call someone. The call wasn't ATTEMPTED, RECEIVED, or COMPLETED and I never LEFT A MESSAGE. I want to be able to add my own options for results when I clear a scheduled call.
