Word 2003 and ACT10.3

I have just installed Windows XP Pro SP2 onto a new pc.  Then installed Office 2003 complete, then installed ACt10.0, then applied the upgrade to 10.3.

 

I have never been able to use the ACT insert field tool inside Word 2003.  I have tried all the suggestions in the forums.

 

ANy idea on how to get this working.

 

Seem strange that it will not work on a fresh PC.
