Sync ACT 2009 32-bit and 64-bit?

Can a 32-bit machine running ACT 2009 sync with a 64-bit machine running ACT 2009?  Standard editions.  All 8 of us have 32-bit machines but someone is bound to want to upgrade soon.  Thanks!

Yes, I think it should be fine as all using the same edition of SQL

The OS - as long as it is supported, should be irrelevant.

 

Kind of like having some people on Windows XP vs. Vista...
