Problems with Word 2003 auto-correct and Act!10

Hi,

     I am having an issue with some of my ACT! users where once I upgraded them to ACT! 2010 then MS Word 2003 auto-correct will no longer function.  I have set Outlook not to use Word so the user can bypass the fact that the mouse does not work when replying to an email or writing a new one, but whether they are just writing a word doc or an email using word 2003 the auto-correct feature will not work. I have tried a repair install and re-installing office but to no avail. If I uninstall ACT! then the auto-correct works correctly until I re-install.
