Non-techie way to export notes/history from ACT 5?

Hi- I need to get the notes/histories out of an ACT 5 database, but all the solutions I have seen on here are way over my head OR are 3rd party software designed for ACT 2009 and later. We are a small non-profit without tons to spend on a contractor, so any ideas would be very much appreciated!!!

About 3k records, BTW

This'll do it - it support ACT! 3 (yes... THREE... I've never even SEEN that version!) and later:
