One more major, and probably the most significant, reason to not use outlook for mass emails is sending out mass emails to my knowledge puts you on blacklists.
A couple years ago we had sent out a large number of emails and had spent hours on the phone getting off blacklists. I remember we could not even send an email to canada! or anyone with a .comcast.net address.
Anyone face that problem when sending mass emails through outlook?
