Importing outlook contacts

I have SageAct 2011 and Outlook 2010. Both upgrades for me. I cannot import Outlook contacts and get the following error: Catastrophic error: HRESULT-OX8000 FFFFE_Unexpected.

 

I tried to search for solution to no avail. Thoughts?
