Periodically the Regarding area or History detail will bold, and we would prefer this not to happen. I checked in prefereneces, and bold is not selected in the history area. Any ideas would be appreciated.
The regarding or history detail font and style isn't controlled by preferences. Those are in Rich Text Format and are controlled in the editor for the regarding or detail.
The defaults for new entries are set in preferences as Activity Detail Composition, etc. Note that will only change entries going forward, existing entries must be changed in the editor dialog one at a time. There isn't any way to make a global change to the existing entries.
