Export Contacts to Outlook?

Hi All,

I'm new to this.  My boss has a database of a thousand names and would like me to export the contacts to my Outlook. 

How can I do this?

If I had this problem I would recommend one of the special tools. In this situation it is the next program. It copes with any kind of problem related to ms outlook and what is more is able to effectively help here - oversized pst recovery.
