E mail window is to small - how do you make it bigger?

I have V11 Act Std....when you start an e-mail, the window opens VERY minimized. You can drag it to make it bigger BUT it won't stay that way. I want to make it bigger PERMANENTLY, so every time I start an e-mail it is already the size I like. I do not want it FULL screen, just a lot bigger than the postage stamp it opens as.

Unfortunatly, there isn't a preference to change this.  This would be an excellent feature request.
