I'm a new ACT user but seem to have stumbled at one of the first fences. A contact has moved companies and I want to disconnect him from Company A and reassign him to Company B (leaving his notes with Company A). According to the manual and everything I've read there should be a Browse (...) button next to the Company field and should be able to Unlink from here. I have found the Browse button but it is greyed-out (i.e. not clickable) so I can't proceed any further.... Any ideas? Thanks.

Thanks for replying. I'm a standard user and the Administrator has made me the Record Manager of the record I'm trying to change. I can see the Option to Unlink from Company in the Contacts menu but it is greyed out. I don't think I am the record manager for the company so I will check that. How do I tell if the contact is static, linked or dynamic?
