Attempted or read or write memory errors

I am having trouble with creating quotes in ACT.  I am getting the "attempting to read or write memory error" your memory may be corrupted.....I checked the knowledge base articles and it refers to deleting .net and act and reinstalling.  Does this still apply to Act 2008 also?  I am using Vista so I think I maybe the problem resides there.  I never had this problem with xp or act 2007.

First try a Detect and Repair (under the Help menu in any Office application) - or, if Office 2007 run Office Diagnostics

One other user said that this problem went away when using a different printer. Do you have another printer to try? Or maybe see if the printer has an updated driver.
