I currently have Act! 2009 installed and want to install ACT! 2010 on a trial basis, to see if it's worth the upgrade cost for me. My question is, is it easy to revert back to Act! 2009 if I decide that 2010 is not for me?
Before upgrading to ACT! 2010 make sure you create a backup. You will just need to uninstall ACT! 2010, install your previous version and restore a backup of your database. You will not be able to use the updated 2010 database in the previous version.
