E-mail Activities

I would like to schedule activities and send an e-mail employees I want to go to the meetings but not remind my client of the meeting (or that I scheduled a followup).  Is there a way to not send the client/contact the e-mail?

Hello mjgross,

Unfortunately, sending activity email to contacts cannot be filtered to specific contacts.

If the employees are ACT! users, it should generate an invitation in ACT! (not by email though)

Is there still no way to edit the automatic activity email?  I'd like customize our email with cancellation/reschedule instructions.  Any suggestions?

Input from this web page goes directly into a database that management has direct access to read, and which they also track and gather statistics on. It also allows other users to vote on these so Sage can get an idea of the demand
