Contact List Quick Print-- Grid Access Denied

We have one user (Act 2007 Premium) on a shared database who is trying to Quick Print Current Window from the contact list.

The print box opens (printer selection) but when she clicks OK she gets a message that she "Can Not Print Grid.  Access Denied"-- no other user gets this message--

any ideas?

Re: Contact List Quick Print-- Grid Access Denied

I assume this person isn't printing to the same printer as the other people. Grids are often printed as a graphic overlay. I suspect the printer being used doesn't have the necessary graphic capability.

Re: Contact List Quick Print-- Grid Access Denied

What an idiot I am!!  She was trying to print to a printer on a server that no longer exists!!

(Not sure why Act would have an error instead of getting a printer/network error message, but c'est la Sage )

Thanks for the quick help, as well as a lesson in big picture thinking.
