Attaching incoming email - one Outlook program, multiple mailboxes?

I have a POP3 primary email address but also have an IMAP secondary mailbox.  I use Outlook 2003.

ACT 2009 Premium only attaches the incoming email for the primary POP3 account, not any additional mailboxes I use.  With this version, or the new version, is there any way to make this happen?  We will be adding multiple mailboxes in the future and it would be great to not have to do this manually.

I have this same setup, and when I go to Tools>Rules and Alerts, there is a drop down box at the top that allows me to choose the "folder" for the rules.  I have two choices - an Inbox that contains my POP accts, and an Inbox for GMail (which is the IMAP account)

From there you can apply rules to specific Inboxes.  Hope this helps...
