Ever since 2005, ACT! has not been able to handle higher DPI / larger windows fonts - this is a defect!  I know of no other software that can't deal with large fonts.

Factors:
1. An aging workforce with deteriorating eyesite,
2. Availability of high-resolution laptops with large screens that result in tiny, almost unreadable fonts

Normal Fix:
1. Users 'up' their fonts to large fonts, and ACT! goes kaplooey!  Mini-calendars repeat across the screen, labels overlap and wrap - a mess!

Result:

1. Users have to set their fonts/DPI back to normal and then can't read any application, have to use glasses and curse ACT!

Question:
If everyone else can deal with different font sizes, why can't ACT!?  What did you do differently than other software vendors to lock yourself into 96dpi?
