2010 Dashboard Contact History Count by History Type
This is a nice step in the right direction, but we need more controls.
For example, history types with a zero count don't show up. This is a problem if you want to compare charts on a month by month basis or to paste into Excel to plot performance as different history types appear in different time periods. It would be better to show all types, including the ones with a zero count.
Also, let's have a filter where we can select the history types we might be interested in reporting and eliminate the rest.
The ability to show individual user scores for particular types (e.g. how many calls completed did each member of the team make last month) plotted side by side would be a benefit.
Better calendar filters are also needed - why not have the "standard" calendar filters that appear everywhere else in ACT! ( This week, Last Month, Last Year, Next Quarter, etc)
So, a reasonable first attempt, but some way to go I feel!
