Opportunity Reports in ACT! by Sage 2010

ACT! provides some really great standard Opportunity reports for…well…reporting on your opportunities. ACT! has over 30 different opportunity reports and graphs available in the Reports view. Just choose the report you want, make a few decisions about the data and how you want to see it, and presto! All your good work appears in a neat, concise report. If the person who wants to view the report doesn’t have ACT! on their computer, you can even print it out to a .pdf file for easy viewing.

Re: Fast Tip Friday: Opportunity Reports in ACT! 2010 -- #actFTF #act2010

I read this post 5 months later and ACT! 2010 Opportunity  Lookup & Reports is still BROKEN.

I really want to support ACT! but find it difficult at times. Where is the Quality Control / Product Testing?

This offer to buy a how to book for a product that is broken does not sit well with me at all. The ad statements are somewhat False re your 2010 Opportunity Reports.  Don't blame the complainer when you are at fault..

This complaint is valid and I am trying to express my view nicely & professionally without it getting edited out by the forum moderator.  I used to be a fortune 1-100 techno person(20+ years) and this is shameful work re ACT!2010 QA Product Testing and gets a D- score from me.  My professional review of ACT!2010 is honest, from the heart and Sage should do something positive about it.  More than deleting my honest Reviews whether they be good or bad. People say nice things about nice things and they should be able to do same when things are not so nice. So Sage, I sincerely hope you hire a new ACT! QA Team.

Heads would have rolled in a big corporation over this sort of major product failure.

People are trying to run their businesses and this is NO Way to treat them by shutting them down. Me included and I sell a ACT! Add-on product for the HR/Job Market. I have to find what works with ACT!2010, what don't and re-build my product with what does, including lame work arounds. How does that make me look.  Regards, FSB

Sincerely,
Bill Williams, President - Fill Staff
