Managing Drop-down Lists in ACT! by Sage 2010

Did you know you can develop drop-down lists for Character, Currency, Number and Decimal fields in ACT! by Sage 2010? You can even share any custom drop-down list among multiple fields. Using drop-down lists can speed the process of entering data, especially in those fields where a limited number of choices are possible. When a list has been attached to a field, the end user sees a downward pointing arrow at the right of the field. ACT! provides preset lists for several fields.
