Customizing Priorities in ACT! by Sage 2010

Did you know that there are actually five priorities available in ACT! by Sage 2010? At first glance, it would appear that there are only three priorities (Low, Medium, and High). Actually there are two more: Medium High (purple) and Medium Low (Aqua). These two additional priorities (for the terminally detail-oriented) are turned off by default. If you need them, they are there for you, and (and this is the best part if you really, really want to take your schedule and wrap it around your little finger), you can change the names of the priorities to suit your needs.
