Calendar vs. Task List in ACT! by Sage 2010
If your day is full of scheduled meetings, conference calls, and other timescheduled
events, you will probably prefer to work in one of the Calendar views.
However, if your day is primarily task-oriented (making phone calls, handling todo’s,
etc.), you will want to work in the Task List view.
The Task List is a different way of looking at the same activities that appear in
the Calendar (and vice versa). The choice of which to use depends on how you
prefer to see the data (as a list or arranged in calendar format).
