Automatically Backing Up Your Database in ACT! by Sage 2010 Backing up your database enables you to recover quickly from equipment failures or other catastrophes (like having your laptop stolen…Yikes). It can also help you move your database to a new location or give it a new name. (In fact, it is the only way to rename your database).
