Rick - does the web link for Twitter look like this: "http://www.twitter.com/{Contact.CustomField1} where CustomField1 is the name of the custom field you created?

Stacy,
I get the Twitter log in page, if I haven't logged in on that day. If I've logged in already, then I get MY twitter home page on every ACT contact that I've entered their Twitter account name.

Stacy - I didn't answer your question directly. Yes, my web link looks like your example.

Rick - what is your default browser? When you log into Twitter on your browser, you may need to have the browser remember your login, that way you won't be prompted to enter your Twitter credentials when ACT! calls that web page. Second, can you just post the web link exactly as you have it?

Hi Stacy,
I use Google Chrome most of the time, but I see that ACT wants to use IE, so I've changed that to be my default browser and told Twitter to remember me. Now, I get my home twitter account, but not the contact I'm looking at. I have this same issue with the LinkedIn tab, too.
Here's my web link from ACT:
http://www.twitter.com/{Contact.Twitter Account}
Thanks for your help!
Rick
