Uploading HTML templates

Hi

We have also been trying to upload HTML templates but they have come out distorted and we never had this problem before.

The templates were created in Dreamweaver and look distorted with colour backgrounds blocked out.

I've attached one of the templates we are having issues with.

Help

Re: Uploading HTML templates

Hi roosborne,

I've tested uploading your template to Act emarketing and sending myself a test email. This did not produce any distortion when viewed in the online template preview, or when delivered into Outlook.
Here is a link to the uploaded campaign email. Could you show me the problem you are seeing with the email on your end?

Re: Uploading HTML templates

Hi Ro,

I'm not able to access templates on your account. A screenshot would work.
Alternatively, please send yourself a test email from the template preview, and then post the link titled "View Email In Browser" which appears at the top of the received email.

Re: Uploading HTML templates

Tried sending you a screen grab - let me know if it attached as I can't see it my end?

When I send a test it's OK but it is distorted and broken when editing in e-marketing?

Hi Ro,

There doesn't appear to be anything attached.

You can choose an attachment by using the button under the text box when clicking reply on this post.

If you're having trouble uploading an attachment, try the photos button on the reply page, and choose the screenshot image.

Re: Uploading HTML templates

Hi Ro,

The grey background colour you are seeing in the editor is due to a conflicting style that is defined in your template HTML code. Please remove the reference to the color #CCCCCC in the HTML to resolve this.
