Emails Bouncing

When I send emails, they are bouncing back from certain addresses. All of the sudden even my address is bouncing. So I can't even send an email to myself and some others at my company. I haven't changed any of my preferences or anything. When I view the reporting it says Bounce Code 550...Any ideas why this would be happening? See image below.

Hi Rachel,

Here's an update on your ticket:
It appears there was a temporary issue on the 28th of Jan when your campaign was originally sent out that may have affected deliverability. This has already been resolved and we have confirmed that our IP is not currently listed on any blacklists and is not having any reputation issues.

Thank you for the update. I have an email scheduled to go out tonight, so I will let you know how it goes. Some template tests that I sent out just a few days ago (well past Jan 28th), were going into Spam folders of the recipients. Hopefully everything is resolved now though...Thank you for the assistance.

Just to jump in on here Rachel, you will find your emails going into spam folders is perfectly normal. That is more down to the recipients email client than your campaign or act itself. Gmail in particular treats a LOT of valid stuff as spam so don't let that be a worry or indicator of a problem.

I am having the same problem.  Several emails are no longer going thru.  A few are within my own company

it would not be unusual for test emails sent within your own company to hit spam folders - email filters may well pick up a conflict between your domain and Swiftpage server IP addresses.

 

The SPF Record section of the above kb is useful as are sites like 

https://www.mail-tester.com/ 

http://isnotspam.com/
