One suggestion: segment the Topics as it was in the old Outlook Express newsgroups.

I support that, THAT was readable and ready to use.

Now you dont find anything in this so called knowledgebase.

I understanded that the old knowledgebase is broken, never heard about backups with Sage?

We cannot work with a knowledge base where you are asking for something new, that the answers are going down to Act!2009.

Where can we do downloads as an ACC if we cannot login in that knowledgebase.

We are loggd in via this community, there should be a DIRECT connection and to the knowledgebase and to the downloadsite.

Tired of waiting for any usefull solutions........
