I just upgraded to ACT Pro V19 and when I try to run any reports it give an error message of:
The report ////Server Database I'm Using\Reports\Contact Report.rep2 could not be found
It looks like none of the reports were properly directed when we installed the new version. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Are you able to navigate to the reports location from your machine over the network? If you're not able to access this, it could be that the folder permissions are blocking your access.
Can you check on the server machine itself if the reports are in the folder and can be opened locally?
