Transferring Act to another PC

I currently have ACT! 2009 on my work laptop, functioning with a database.  I installed ACT! 2009 onto my personal laptop with no database.  When I open the ACT! 2009 on my personal laptop, it asks for the CD serial number.  I tried using the same number but it says its not valid.  How do I transfer the program/information from my work laptop and start using it on my personal pc?  I'm not interested in using 2 pcs, its just that I can't seem to load the database from my functioning work pc to my personal pc?

Thanks Mike. I guess I'll have to wait till Monday when ACT! Support is open to see if they can help.

I managed to contact ACT! Support and got a new serial number to implement the transfer.  Followed the RESTORE AS function and second time is the charm.  Thanks for your help!
