Presently in act 2007, upgrading to act 2010 Premium.
1) Having trouble with tasks I assign to certain staff in our office. I usually put a todo on there calendar. Most do the todo, some miss it & the only time I notice it is when I ask.
Has anyone else figured a way to deal with this? Is there a way or workaround or addon that can force a staff person or the system creates to give me a message back when task(todo) is done?
2) How can I get a copy of 2010 premium user manual to start reading before we actually do the upgrade. I looked in the download area with no luck

Since I cannot spend any $$$ till the new year for software, I thought I can download the manual (used to be able to do that in the download section at one point) to review.
