Remote Database File Size

I am using ACT! (10.0.3.182, Hotfix 1) and am attempting to make a remote database to access approximately 250 of 7,500 contact.  The main database is roughly 200MB, and the remote database is more than 2.7GB.  Does anyone have an idea as to why the remote database file is so huge?

Re: Remote Database File Size

The RDB will include all files under the <Datbaes Name>-database files folder.  Go to that folder and remove any files in the Backup folder.  Also check the size of the attachment folder.

Re: Remote Database File Size

Yep... that was it.  The folder containing my backup files was in the folder that was backed up.  So, everytime I ran a back-up, it backed up the back-up file, causing it to more than double with each run.

Thanks!
