Can Caller ID Be Masked To Show A Different #

ACT 2010

Vista Enterprise

I use the dialer feature in ACT, but would like the number that displays on the receiving end to be that of my cell.  Is there a way either within ACT or within Windows to make that happen?

The purpose?  I always have my cell with me, but I don't have the land line with me.

Thanks in advance if anyone knows how to do this.

Try puting in your cell number as the main number on your My record.

That was a good idea, but it still came through as the house number.

Ask your phone company... there are obvious problems with people being able to just change their CallerID

Another option (what I do) is have the home phone divert to the mobile... mine diverts after 5 rings so I never need to change it
