I just purchased a BlackBerry Pearl 8130.   Is there a way to interface ACT 10  (2008)  with this smart phone?

Anyone know?

I just downloaded and ran the no support version of HandHeld.  First, I assume the no support is on your web page and not on the forum.  If it is on the forum, that is fine too.  After all, one must remember what we pay for the free version, eh?

I ran the synchronization and the Handheld program said that 3365 contacts were sent to the blackberry, but I didn't see any new contacts on the Blackberry.  The user's manual states, "The service involves the installation of two programs: Handheld Contact, which installs on your handheld

device," However, I am not clear on where or how to install the program on the Blackberry itself.  Like so many other questions, I suspect that I'm missing something very simple.

I'm not sure the program and the device are actually communicating.

On the Blackberry, go to www.HandheldContact.com/ota - then select the Entry version.

Ah, well believe it or not, I don't have a data plan on my blackberry and therefore can't go to that page.  Is there a work around?

If you don't have a data plan, you can't use Handheld Contact :-(
