Act 2010 and Outlook 2010

I've had ACT 2010 for a few months and recently upgraded to Outlook 2010.  Now I cannot set up my email

in ACT to work with Outlook.  There is no choice box for Outlook in the email set up.  Any suggestions?

Re: Act 2010 and Outlook 2010

Office 2010 is not supported by ACT 2010.  It will be supported in ACT 2011. There is not currently an option with aCT and Office 2010

Re: Act 2010 and Outlook 2010

I am interested in this too.  I had to downgrade to Office 2007 and just for performance alone, I am dying to go back to 2010.

Please help.

Re: Act 2010 and Outlook 2010

All,

We are currently scoping the changes that would be needed have ACT! 2010 support Office 2010, to determine if it will take a hot fix or a major update. Additional information will be provided via this forum and our Knowledgebase as it becomes available.

Re: Act 2010 and Outlook 2010

This will be a major problem for me.   I just ordered Act! and am using a trial version of outlook....I can't buy outlook 2007 easily now.

Re: Act 2010 and Outlook 2010

I stopped using ACT! several years ago after Sage purchased it because of the poor product support Sage provides. I also stopped using Timeslips for the same reason.  I just purchased ACT! this morning as I was ready to give it another try. Now I find that it will not work with Office 2010.

It does not surprise me to learn that Sage has not changed. I will be calling Monday morning to take advantage of the 30-day return policy.

Re: Act 2010 and Outlook 2010

Hi!

I am new to this forum.

How can I have e-mails sent to me regarding this issue?

It will depend upon this as to whether our company purchases licenses for Act!.

Thanks!
