Act 10.3 Upgrade Error

We were prompted to upgrade our ACT 10.0 which we did locally in our office, but our outside staff cannot.  When they try to synchronize it gives them an error - the remote database is using a different version of act, without any prompt to download the update.  Where do I get the link to update for my remote users?

The update can be downloaded via ACT.com, under Suppor and Services|Downloads.  You will need to login to access.

 Matthew, I downloaded the upgrade patch which didn't work - learned then that i needed to first download the new ACT 10.03 internet sync patch, which I did today and sent to one of my remote users.  It crashed her ACT which can't be re-opened - The message says "ACT! by Sage has stopped working.  A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available."

 

Help!  My sales are suffering!
