The update can be downloaded via ACT.com, under Suppor and Services|Downloads. You will need to login to access.

Matthew, I downloaded the upgrade patch which didn't work - learned then that i needed to first download the new ACT 10.03 internet sync patch, which I did today and sent to one of my remote users. It crashed her ACT which can't be re-opened - The message says "ACT! by Sage has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available."
Help! My sales are suffering!
