Hello,
I have a client that uses ACT Pro 2010 web. The issue they are having is ACT 2010 Pro for web is hosing/freezing IE when attempting to launch. Multiple machines with varying OS's (XP, Vista, 7), and IE versions 7-9. Any thoughts, ideas, additional info needed?

Configuration of the web browser is critical for ACT for Web as is having a compatible Browser. IE 9, Safari (newer versions) , Firefox 4 are NOT supported and will always have issues if they work at all.
THese browsers are supported with ACT 2010 (there is a different list for ACT 2011)
- Internet Explorer 6.0
- Internet Explorer 7.017
- Internet Explorer 8.0
- Macintosh® Safari® 3.0
Considering a Citrix or Terminal environment might allow them to use the Full ACT Desktop functionality and continue to use their current software,
