ACT 2009 Creating Tabs that documents / files can be attached to

You mean like another Documents Tab?

Adding custom tables can only be done via the SDK.

I think you can do it with itTables

The Documents Tab is a table in ACT! and you can't add additional tables like that except with code via ACT!'s SDK.

If you're not a programmer, you'll need to use itTables to do this.
