For the ACT Word processor? Not to my knowledge. This version of ACT has been unsupported for some time. Especially if you're talking about using it on a new OS.
You may wish to take a look at this KB Article, to see if it helps you at all. Bearing in mind that it was written prior to the release of the OS you're currently using.

The point is that Microsoft ended many legacy entry point to the operating system with Windows 7. While parts of ACT! 2000 will run without problems, other parts won't. this means that you have no idea when or how some part of the ACT! program will fail. Assuming that you value your ACT! data, you are playing with fire and the potantial loss of data.

Your best bet would be to upgrade to ACT! 18

I have ACT 2000 and I also have Windows 10 and ACT works just fine with it. I also have Microsoft word 2007. I wonder fi the people saying ACT 2000 will not work with windows 10 are just saying that to get people to upgrade.
