Thanks for your response. My apologies for not specifying the environment. This is ACT! Premium 2009 (v11).
Ultimately trying to finish a data conversion/cleanup and get Blackberry syncing successfully with ACT! via Companionlink Pro. Can't figure out enough about how to manage the profiles to avoid separate address books and duplicated contacts. Blackberry platform Bold 9650 5.0, BB OS 4.2, Blackberry Desktop 6.0.1 on Windows XP Professional Build 2600, Service pack 3.
This is a client machine I'm working on, not mine.
Any other ideas? Thanks for your attempt to help.

I'm recieving an error saying "Unable to Copy the Database. Make sure you have access to the database." All I'm trying to do is take an empty copy of my current database and import data into it later. Has anyone found a fix for this yet? I've also tried doing this with the Demo Database with the same results.
