Red X's - what do they mean? (multiple versions, current ACT Premium 2011)

Just wondering why we see a red X on the screen from time to time.  This used to happen to particular users in 2009, and I wondered if it was a memory issue.  I've since upgraded them to 4 gigs each.  But I just saw one red X, on the ACT server of all places.

I don't have specifics on the situations, I was just wondering if there was a general issue related to the red X?

Thanks!

Hello TCage,
This has known to be caused by video memory issues. You can attempt to resolve this by lowering your hardware acceleration setting in the video/graphics properties.
