Opportunity Stage/Process drop down arrows have fallen off

any ideas on how to repair them? This is only affecting one user.

This could be due to a damaged ACT! preferences file. Please see KB Article 14770 for instructions to rebuild the preferences file.

Thanks I'll let you know.  Could this also fixed a address book that keeps falling off? I've tried the other KB's to no avail.

Ok, this didn't work. It appears to be on the back end.  Any where the Stage or Process is used it is the same way and only for this user and only on his local machine and for all ACT layouts on that machine.
