I get this error when running the Web Server test on WPFW 2009/11.  I have done my best to make sense of KB #16508, but not sure which path I am supposed to enter in #5.  Manually editing the Web.Config hasn't made any difference that I can see. OS is Win SBS 2003.

 

Does anyone know how to get past this point?  Can anyone point me towards more concise instructions than those in the Web Administors Guide?

The path you would exclude is the local application path for the APFW virtual directory, which is by default C:\Programs Files\ACT\Act for Web\APFW. And the script from KB 16508, you would copy and paste into the Web.config file in the APFW program directory.  Make sure you reset IIS after doing this. This is assuming that you are running SharePoint.  If you are not, then you do not want to follow these steps as you may have another issue.
