Having issue with 1 user. ACT 2012 Premium Web, IE 8 or IE 9. When user logs in and types a name in the contact seach box the contact comes up no problem. When a second search is tried IE just freezes.
Reset IE and patched system. ACT program works no problem.
NOTE: This only happens when the search returns 1 record.

To help determine where the issue is: since this is 1 particular user, have you tried signing on with that username from another computer? To see if it is computer specific?
Or sign on with a different ACT! username from that 'problem' computer...
