Email record history

I am having mixed results with email. I use MS Office 2007 with Microsoft Outlook 2007.

 

I set up emai in ACT and specify to attach Subject + Message when sending emails.

 

Mail is successfully sent from ACT thro Outlook but when someone send me a reply and I reply to their email -- my reply Subject and Message is not always recorded in the history in ACT.

 

Any suggestions.

Do you see in lower right task tray an Icon that you can right click on and show progress of the "Attached to ACT! Contacts Progress"?

If so click on Not Attached Messags Tab abything in there?

Yes - I am aware of that icon. BUT ...

 

It does not always come up.

 

I just replied to an email from someone to whom I sent an email to - using ACT.

 

The reply did not show in the history nor do I see the icon in the system tray for me to know whether it is in process or not?

 

It was not this erractic in 2006-9!!!
