We recently installed ACT 2010! premium on our Terminal Server. We're finding some users (No pattern) are recording ALL emails sent via Outlook on the Terminal Server are recording all history in ACT. But not everyone. We're fixing this by turning off the options for history in each user's Terminal Server session when we find it, but we have a lot of users. Is there any way to query this via the registry and/or update via the registry?
Was looking at the following registry location and looks like there's some keys that we might be able to at least query to determine if the history is set to record everything for each user.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Act\OutlookHistoryServi
Further, any reason this happens for some people and not others? Not good when sensitive emails are being recorded in ACT with no one knowing it.
