Using ACT 10 Pro and Crystal Reports 9. This ACT OLEDB 2 connector seems to work really well, and I've put together some excellent reports.
One field has stumped me, I can't locate it in the ACT Database for the life of me. When an Activity is completed, the user can set a Result field, for example for an activity type of Call they can set Call Completed, Call Attempted etc. Where is this field in the database?
I suspect the outcomes themselves are in a picklist somewhere, and this is pointed to by a field in the ACTIVITY table. Or perhaps it's a bit deeper, and the pointer value is stored in an associated table.
Can anybody identify the location or link?
