As I stated in my first post...excuse my ignorance...

This is our current version

ACT! Standard 8.0 Version 8.0.2.81

Hope this is of help

Ahhh... I think (Pierre will correct me if I'm wrong) that the add-ons here will only run in ACT! 2008 (10.0)

Re: Contact Web Context Browser

Gentlemen,

I have a simple question.  Is there any chance that this Context browser can be modified to also include executing/activating/running programs through the portal?

Re: Contact Web Context Browser - ACT 2005

I looked into the source and fixed it.
Some control names were translated. Like "Default Contact Toolbar" = "Knoppenbalk Contactpersonen".
It's working now. Smiley Happy

Thanks

That would depend on the other program and how you'd want it to run... to have a program run everytime a record changes would need to be a small tight program

Re: Contact Web Context Browser

Hey guys, The current Web Context designer does not work with Act! 8.0 2006 (The custom tools doesnt detect it).  I know Pierre said to "Compile" with my versions DLL's but I have no idea how to do that.

Does anyone just have a copy that works with ACT! 8.0?

ID/STATUS COUNT ON REPORTS

Hello, Pierre... It seems like you're the Act! wizard around here Smiley Happy Well, I'm anxious to hear from you. I have a custom ID/Status drop-down list with numbered items (1 through 19.) In one of my reports, I'd like for it to print, at the bottom, how many number 16 statuses there are, in each section. For example, if 100 clients with all different types of statuses are listed, and 20 are "Status 16," I'd like for the number 20 to print at the bottom of the page.

How can I do that? Is that a script or an expression? What language should I use?

Re: Contact Web Context Browser

Hi there

I've got a problem with Contact WebContext Browser.

I use Act Premium 2008 (10). It's installed properly, added tab and placed CWCB.

When I try to use CWCB it looks like it doesn't put data from database field into URL .

for example

Target URL

http://maps.google.com/maps?ie=UTF8&hl=pl&q={Contact.Address 1}+{Contact.City}, {Contact.Country}

doesn't work, in generated URL there is only

http://maps.google.com/maps?ie=UTF8&hl=pl&q=,

but when I wrote

http://maps.google.com/maps?ie=UTF8&hl=pl&q=sienkiewicza 49+białystok

which means that no data is needed from database (just for testing)

works fine

So do you know what can be wrong?

Yes, I'm sure.
